There is a $50 per head broker fee paid to USBP. The customer will be invoiced either by US Beef Producers or the source the beef was purchased at. Then the beef will be processed and that fee will be paid by you or USBP and we will combine the totals.

Generally this way saves you about $0.50 per lb compared to retail prices. Most animals produce an average of 450 lbs of beef. $0.50 at 450 lbs will save you approximately $225.00 for a whole beef.
